STALL HOLDER DETAILS

Institutional Bodies & General Stalls
Each stall consists of 1 table measuring: 1.8meters x width 0.7meter. For access purposes there is 1 meter space either side and behind the table.
Caterers
Stall size – Total caterers stall size: length 3.6meters x width 0.7mmeter. Each stall consists of 2 tables. Each table measures: 1.8meters x width 0.7meter. For access purposes there is 1 meter space either side and behind the table. Catering stalls are located outside of the building. Each caterer is encouraged to bring their own table & marquee that fits this space. Please indicate if you require use of a power cable.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please note that you are responsible for setting up and clearing away your own stall.

  • The gates will be open from 12.00 noon on Saturday & Sunday.

  • Stalls serving food, must have a food hygiene certificate, a copy to be attached with your application.

  • NO SALE OF ALCOHOL OR SPIRITS.

  • All electrical goods must meet CTSI safety standards, safe to use, and tested by a fully qualified electrician.

  • The event will be advertised on radio, the internet and social media sites.

  • Other marketing will be by print, posters and flyers in the local community, for several weeks leading up to the date.

  • The event will include storytelling Prizes and a raffle.
